Anna Villavicencio, a sophomore at Woodlake High in California competing in her first cross country season, placed second in the Division 4 girls final at the Central Section Championships by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 19:13.65 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Villavicencio advanced to race Nov. 25 at the CIF State Cross Country Championships at Woodward Park.
